Mediation.
Navigating through conflicts can be a challenging journey. Often, the key to resolving conflicts lies in zooming out and shifting our focus away from the immediate conflict or even by simply slowing down.

As a professional mediator, I provide a space where understanding the issue in its entirety becomes possible. There is time to express thoughts and emotions and to share your perspective. Through a deeper understanding of the conflict, you can consider diverse viewpoints, identify priorities and explore new courses of action.
In essence, by delving into the complexities of the conflict, and allowing the process of sharing and listening, you can begin to uncover your own solutions.

My role isn't to uncover a solution or suggest a settlement; instead, I will guide you in finding your own resolution.

Drawing from my experience in law and psychology, I mediate in both business and personal disputes. However, I do not mediate in divorce cases.

I preserve strict neutrality—whether it pertains to the conflict, the involved parties, or the process of finding a resolution. Mediated settlements don't have the legal force like formal court decisions. Nevertheless, voluntary compliance rates with mediated settlements are generally high.

Please feel free to reach out to me by phone. You can also send me a brief email summarizing the key details of the conflict, and I will get back to you within two days.
