Psychology.

From both a psychological and a coaching perspective, I believe that people know what feels right or what steps to take, even in challenging circumstances. However, during difficult times, you may feel trapped or as if you're losing control. You might start avoiding certain situations or suppressing certain feelings and thoughts. Sometimes, finding a solution can seem impossible.

I believe the way forward is to take the time—together—to explore all facets, creating space for every thought and feeling involved. By tuning into yourself and bringing awareness to all sides of the situation, the pieces will begin to fall into place. Clarity will unfold, and emotional struggles will ease.
Using a client-centred, transdiagnostic approach called the Method of Levels, my focus isn’t on labelling or treating symptoms. Feel free to reach out in a variety of situations—whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, or panic. I believe that psychological challenges share more in common than what sets them apart.
